The questions were very easy. They asked what are three things you like to do personally and asks you to explain who you are. The HR is nice and friendly to talk to.
They asked a very personal question that was very unexpected and did not pertain to the position whatsoever.
What do you consider to be your flaws in the workplace?
Why are you qualified for this position? What about your background makes you think you can sell products? When you looked at the products we endorse, what was your favorite one and why?
None, it was a waste of time and I don't know why any nonprofit would bother to utilize this organization. They are better off hiring a better fundraising staff internally or use another firm.
