No questions were asked, she just talked and honestly I'm not sure what she was even talking about, nor do I believe she knew what she was talking about. They will ask you about a self intro Then they split into two parts: behavioural and situational questions Behavioural will be more about the things you achieve in your CV And how you manage a team, how you demonstrate your leadership and teamwork etc Situational is when you are a talent requisition leader and you have to organise a campus talk.
