Interviewers seemed like they were in disbelief themselves they had to ask these questions. No freelance questions discussing my experience, talk about things I could do, intangibles, etc. I had to try to fit various experiences to their six part questions. All parts of the questions had to be answered. It's as if they handled the questions like making a shirt with four button holes, and six buttons. They felt they had to sew all six buttons on the shirt (not just keep two for spares).
