Not many standard questions. A lot of discussion of academic aspects and the local environment. One interviewer asked me to explain more about my scientific background.

Asked me to define my field. I gave a brief definition and they tried to repeat it back but actually said something completely different. Assuming I was clear, this shows they had not listened.
