If you are an experienced engineer then you will not like their interviews because they are so clueless that they bring fresh college grads to interview experienced engineers! They ask lot of statistics and probability questions that by default fresh grads will answer since they just finished these classes, while experienced engineers will fail because these probability questions are irrelevant to any projects they worked on. They didn't ask me a SINGLE question about my resume. They had their canned probability questions and they were firing them. After comparing with a friend who also interviewed there we realized that they asked us identical questions! so if you have a friend there who still remembers his interview questions you are guaranteed to do very well.
