It was an interview with a panel of the firm partners. They asked questions about my experience particularly litigation experience. None of the standard interview questions like tell me about yourself, or where do you see yourself in five years. It was questions focused on specifics of handling cases, if I had done any cross examination, trial, opening statements, etc.
I was formerly a solo practitioner and was asked whether I could work well for others.
