Most of what I was asked I had already told the recruiter, I was transparent about my lack of direct experience in broker support but was immediately asked how much experience I had, interviewer was visibly annoyed that I didn't have any. Additionally, first interviewer was abrasive and kept looking at her watch throughout the entire interview, struck me as unprofessional and told me it would be "months" before they made a decision. Waited 15 min for the next person who was friendly but was basically just a team member with no hiring power. Third was the team manager who asked very general questions and stated they were looking at "weeks" before they made a hire. Overall this company appears to be run by very young and inexperienced staff with a minimal amount of professionalism. Again, I was entirely transparent from day one that I had no direct Life and Health experience but was told I didn't get the job because they "went with someone with L&H experience", my obvious question then becomes, "Why was I interviewed in the first place?" I would not recommend this company.
