Job fit: hypothetical situation you were hired at a large financial firm as lead designer. Something about how to make any customer of small business cards part of the banking business as well. Then added things to the situation like a member of the team made designs ahead of time and wants you to execute them, and the developer is backtracking on their word and not following the plan. What do you do?
