I was asked if I belonged to any specific group/church/organizations. I did not know what was meant by that and where these questions were headed as I was asked the same question several times in different ways. I guess they wanted to know my affiliation with or against a certain group. In the end, I inferred they were trying to see if I have any prejudice against a specific race. Of course I was not, but some of these questions were rather not so legal, and out of the norm, to say the least.

I felt like the interview was more of a get-to-know you; your background, what you're looking for, why you are interested in the role/Florence, and them discussing the role and what Florence is like.
