To give a presentation on my area of expertise followed by series of of 1:2:1 interviews with various functions to get a feel for the culture of the organisation and whether it would be a good fit for all.
It was so long ago I can’t remember but if the interview went well, and the candidate you hired left, give others who performed well a chance instead of being uninclusive and readvertising. You need to change the way you treat candidates in the interview process and exercise EQ.
