The interview itself -- which did not include either of the two above people -- was quite nice. The interviewer laid out her interview approach and outlined what we'd discuss and in what order. The only two questions I recall were something akin to, "How do you approach a writer when you see errors in their work?," and there was another about learning/using editorial style guides.

One of the questions asked was what my process was of editing a video.
They made vague statements and did not ask questions related to my skill set.
The application process involved submitting your WayUp profile, completing a 50-minute timed 100-question online assessment, and editing three pages of multiple excerpts of text. There were one-week deadlines each to complete the online assessment and the editing assignment. The entire process from start to finish took about three weeks.
