The business strategy guys take interviews and ask all sort of business questions which are not legal.. With a view to undermine the candidate and show off ones own attitude
They asked about experience with the Privacy Act, I didn't have any, so it was a difficult question to answer.
It was a siple interview, asking about my resume, nothing really special was asked.
What makes you think you can do this job?
I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed to report that (proprietary?). The interview process, from application to rejection, is very long. I applied in November, didn't get a rejection letter until March. While everyone was nice to me, I'm giving it a negative for the long process.
