There were many questions from different professionals. I would say prepare with Behavioral Based questions. Be able to tell a story about handling conflict, influencing, or introducing or initiating a short cut, and efficiency, etc. Tell a story.
Both behavioral questions about work style and personal. An equally number of experience-related questions about systems used, employee relations, etc. I think that they are content with using their regional HR team services until they can find an HR director candidate willing to work at a generalist salary.
