With the recruiter is was mostly an informational session to see about my background and give a broad introduction to the position. The second interview, with the potential manager went more in-depth about the position and asked a lot of questions about how I saw my background and strengths fitting with the role. The round of panel interviews focused a lot on preferred management style, communication, etc.
(I didn't find any questions to be surprising or really difficult), but I was asked "What is something a former manager may say about a strength and growth opportunity for you?" (I guess I just didn't expect this to be asked directly?)
Explain a time when you over or under-planned an event. What happened?
How would you approach X product launch and how would you prepare a GTM strategy?
