The interview began with a self-introduction and discussion of my background, and if passing this stage, it will proceed to a case interview assessing logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication.
I was asked about my work history, how I handled certain situations during my previous roles and give examples. During the end of the interviews I was asked about personal interests and hobbies so they have a general sense of who I am and how I would fit in with the team. I felt this showed they care about keeping a happy and positive work environment which I noticed they have achieved since I started working here. Very good culture and overall great place to work!
