They focused a lot on behavioral questions. Most of the questions were scenario-based, asking about how I would handle specific situations related to customer support, problem-solving, and teamwork. They wanted to understand my thought process and decision-making skills rather than just technical knowledge.
If there was a situation where I had five waiting customers on the support chat that needed help. They asked me how would I choose which one to assist to first and what would I do.
