The process does not start and then ends with a "Case Study". 1- You fill out a form about yourself and a product you'd like to change if you could. Be generous about your answers! The questions are fun! 2- You get to have an informal chat with them 3- You would be sent a "Product Challenge" where they provide you with a case that you would work on. If you have any questions about the challenge, don't be shy to ask questions. 4- You would then present your Challenge to other team members with a Q&A session.
On the 1:1 call, I was asked to briefly introduce myself and discuss my journey into Product Management. I was asked about my motivation and experience so far.
Case study: 1st part: make an informed proposal, 1-page assessment and a five-sentence executive summary to answer: How do you go about learning the client’s product, business model, customer base, and their Jobs To Be Done? What will you do to earn their trust so that they want to work with you? 2nd part: create a short Google Slides presentation for the client to visualize your product initiative to show what problem are you solving? What data do you have to support it? 3rd part: > Write three high-level epics > Choose one epic and create the high-level user stories and other tasks > Detail one user story with acceptance and success criteria
