Coach your team/employee that is in charge of recruiting for the position I applied for. Explain to them what a pipeline is because they clearly don’t understand. When a candidate with great experience applies, you at a bare minimum should contact them in case another position opens up. Very unprofessional and can’t believe someone is that bad at their job.
What do you know about the company?
Have you ever experienced a challenge when dealing with a client that required you to solve a problem outside of the solutions you are given? How did you solve that problem?
