They asked me alot of situational questions, like what would i do if...how would i react if... for example, a upset customer is making a scene in the store, how would you handle the situation. They also asked how i feel handleling multiple tasks simultaneously while under pressure, whether i felt as if i could handle it or not.
Describe any past experience in the BFSI sector!
The most difficult would probably be "Why should we hire you?"

Asked about previous history, very informal. Had interview inside local coffee shop.
