Hypothetical: Two hospitals both call you saying they have a patient on the table and they absolutely need your product and there is no way you can be in both places at once. Hospital A & B. Hospital A is a long time costumer that you have a great relationship with and they are also a smaller hospital. Hospital B is a costumer that you have been trying to get for forever and just now they are finally giving you a chance.
