Phone screen was a lot of technical questions, e.g. what is the difference between IaaS, PaaS and IaaS. What are containers and what is their benefit. What is the difference between UDP and TCP. There were some scenario based questions, e.g. how do you troubleshoot a slow loading web page.

The loop: 5x1hr 1:1 onsite, all were focusing heavily on Leadership Principles, job history, how did you solve certain problems in detail. Some including systems design (architecture, api, data structures, etc). Had to sign NDA.
