First many questions about previous jobs, motivation, salary expectation, etc. Once they were happy, then the line manager is supposed to check your competences and suitability for the job. These were more technical: - Different types of storage - Difference between SQL and No SQL - Types of load balancers - Which technology area do you know best - How would you build a web site
