I declined the offer because it wasn't shared with me directly. I sent an email that I got another offer and wanted an update on the recruiting process to weight my choices, after it I got a call that I was accepted to the position, I asked on the phone how much, but they wouldn't share it with me until I come to the office. When I arrived I understood then that they expected me to start my first day (still didn't share how much I will receive) I had to say I came to understand and not sign immediately for them to answer my questions. I tried to negotiate my offer but I wasn't dissatisfied with the number my issue was with how indirect they were with the whole communication process regarding the compensation.
