please tell us about your previous experience with regards to this position.
In interview they asked too difficult questions in L3 area. but i never forget in my life time the questions wear sparked me and took to learn more like BGP,HSRP etc.

Nothing tremendously difficult, though some of the guys will come in with broad problems they've faced and expect you to reach the same conclusion as they did. In other words, they're not so concerned with how you personally work through an issue, but that you work through the issue exactly the same way they did (or do).
What company is making a good difference in the world and making money at the same time?
Nothing was about the interview was particularly difficult or unexpected.
