1) Describe a situation in which you were forced to face change. 2) Describe a time when you displayed a high level of effort and commitment towards performing your work. 3) During your flight, you hear two coworkers gossiping in the galley about another coworker who is also on the flight, there are passengers within earshot of the conversation and you are sure they can hear what is being said. What would you do? 4) You need an item for service in the back of the plane and on the way to the front you overhear two passengers arguing about leg room. Do you tend to the customers arguing first or get your item to not delay service? Why? 5) During your pre-flight service check you notice some items are missing from the inventory, if you do not acquire the items, there will not be enough to serve everyone on the flight, if you request additional items the flight will most likely be delayed.
