When did you encounter a difficult task ?
Tell me a time you faced a challenging situation and how you handled it?
1. Introduce yourself. 2. Attacks a personal trait or characteristic of yours. Eg, speech and personality. 3. Questions past job experiences 4. Reasons for not going back to previous job and performance there. 5. General questions about problem solving 6. Personal questions about school, family, etc The entire time the interviewer seems breathless, restless and constantly walks around. Protip: They don't tell you it's a stress interview at the end. Be aware, brave, clam and don't take their emotional actions towards you as the results of the interview.
Some questions are quite normal, such as "tell me about yourself", "why audit? why EY?", "what are your strengths and weaknesses?", "tell me about a low point in your life and how you manage to learn from it and turn it into a strength", " tell us how we can build a better working world". Entire interview process was rather long. There was a written test component as well. The question I got was " How can an audit professional help build a better working world?". My friend had a different written question though, his was "what does great leadership look like?" hahah apparently it changes daily and here are two for you to think about.
explain yourself in brief words
What did you find challenging in the task
Nothing technical. Most of them were conversational. I had three interviewers during the whole interview process. There was only one guy asking me many questions about my experience, like the best/worst team/people you've ever worked with, describing a time when you made a right/wrong decision, etc.
