Generic walking through resume. Was clear the interviewer did not understand the job as she read off a sheet and did not change questions that had already been answered.

Interview questions were very specific to culture and people management. The STAR format was not specifically used, it was more conversational, but having a couple STAR based questions ready to go would be helpful.
