It depends. HR asked me to go through my resume, managers were interested in my previous experiences. One Senior Manager tried to figure out my timeline from 2012 to 2019 (I quit my first job to do master, which confused her somehow). Partner is more interested in have a casual conversation with me, or know more about me as a person so to speak.
The business case was the most difficult part of the interview process as they gave you a limited amount of time to study the case. Some of the questions were very broad and sometimes hard to answer. But the whole point of it was to just get a feel of your thought process.

There weren't any difficult questions, mostly questions about yourself.
The technical questions were most difficult.
