Most of the questions will be have you ever.... Or how do you deal with certain situations. They will ask you why you want to work for Geico!
They mostly asked for behavior type questions - "tell me about a time when and how did you handle it?" They also asked some skill specific questions.
The HR interviewer asked a series of questions and explained the training process. She rushed through the questions very quickly. She didn't take the time to answer any of my question, but rather give me a short answer. I just felt rushed.
