Different questions about what would I do in certain situations? or what have I done when it happened? Why would I be a good fit? Would I be able to work over or flexible hours? The phone interview was pretty much asking if I was flexible, my background/something about myself and if I had any plans during the 3 month training (after they throw out a start date).
