What is MAVEN and MAVEN Life Cycle? After I answered the MAVEN I couldnt answer its lifecycle . Then was asked How MAVEN take care of JAR files? I said by using POM.xml file we add dependencies and internally it calls to the mvnrepository and dowloads the jars of same version number. (Hope my answer was correct about this)

After all these questions I was asked a coding question which I still don't know the answer of : I am given a String : "980000700806". I need to delete only the largest sequence of 0s occurring in this string i.e., answer should be "98700806". If anyone has answer to this kindly post. I took almost another 30 mins to solve this question and could not solve this and then interviewer himself told me that interview is over now.
