8 aviation planner interview questions shared by candidates

I was asked about the projects I worked on in college (this was an entry level position). I would say the most difficult question asked was: what are your strengths and weaknesses? This is a very difficult question because when you are interviewing you are marketing yourself so you hate to tell people what your weaknesses are, also as a recent college grad its hard because you are nervous and haven't had many interviews.
