None were difficult. I had to drive to several different locations for the interviews. One being Hoffman Estates. They said I was a good fit for their company. Well in the end I did not get the job. Someone called and said they decided to promote from within. They should have thought about that in the first place. Someone else I know also had multiple interviews and was not given a reason why they didn't get the job. I don't know what type of person Mariano's is looking for considering so many new hires have quit within 3 months.
