They started with general questions first, such as: Tell us about yourself, what placement you completed, what do you like to do? Then they asked more clinical questions: Tell us about a time you had to manage a caseload. The main body of the interview was clinical questions based on the 3 core areas. They asked questions about the assessment and treatment of MSK (knee pain), neuro (stroke) and resp (COPD) conditions.
What challenges may you face when becoming an independent prescriber and how will you combat them?
The questions are behavioural, not skill-based and you are expected to follow the STAR model.
The phone round was not technical though the interviewer kept on telling that he will go more into technical later on. There were no questions from the interviewers in the F2F as well, I was only asked to elaborate on the work I have done and there were a few questions on that. With all this, I got a reply from HR the next day, that I did not perform well in the technical round.
