What was my experience working in the mental health field.
They ask about why you want to work with children, especially children with disabilities. They ask about former experience and also run through a scenario or two about what you would do in certain hypothetical situations with a client. The company also wants to know more about your schedule (best if you can be available Mon-Fri to work at least from 3-7pm or other hours of the day sometime between 8am-8pm; also may help if available weekends but not mandatory).
He asked me about my experience as a CNA. He also asked me why I am passionate about working in recovery.
