1. What would you do if you went to a client's home, and the child was home alone? Or with a babysitter who was under 18? Answer: This would be considered child neglect, even if there was a babysitter who was under 18. It would be okay to ask for an ID from the babysitter to double check. You would need to stay with the child until a parent/guardian comes home. 2. Explain what HIPAA laws are. Answer: Talk about mandated reporting laws and what we must do to report as mandated reporters. 3. Last question that everyone answers: Use two words to describe yourself. Answer: Use two adjectives that are different from others but are memorable as answers. I used the first letter of my name to make two adjectives that are relevant but also easy to remember.
