Criminal and Credit History is checked. This is a call center so you must maintain adherence of 90% - attendance and clock in and out for lunch and breaks on time. During Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, it is hard to get time off. They do allow make up time with permission and OT is offered during the season, as well.

They asked me about my past job experience. They didn't ask much else. It was a very short and easy interview.
