This was a while ago when I interviewed, but they asked the general questions (background, what are you looking for, etc.). They then asked two "tell me about a time when..." questions..... in the phone screening phase...
Tell me a little about yourself... That was literally the only question I was asked.

They didn't ask me anything. They tried to sell me on becoming an insurance agent for them and their pyramid scheme.
