The first question, and I'm glad it was first, was them asking if I was okay with the pay - which was an hourly wage. Given the responsibilities of the position, it was roughly 1/3rd of what I was expecting and I was quite surprised. I was appreciative that they told me this up front, because I did not want to waste their time or mine.
