They did a great job having me interview with different employees in various roles. Each asked me questions specific to how our roles would collaborate. By far, my favorite question was “what do you want to know about us”? Each interviewer was consistent in allowing plenty of time for MY questions.

We talked a lot about how Quirky payroll and benefits are currently administered. Because the company is experiencing quick tremendous growth, they spoke of processes that they wanted to change to better suit them. There weren't any very difficult questions asked, it was more of an open discussion where my comments and thoughts were weighed.
