I applied for a job at Anthem and received a notification i was selected to move forward to be considered for the job, but more information is needed. This is standard for companies based on my experience applying. I went to the link provided in the email expecting to fill out my veteran status, disability status, etc. What was actually needed was that before you can speak to a human being at Anthem they want to dress up and record yourself answering some interview screener questions. Basically they want you to make an audition tape like you are trying to be a contestant on the AMAZING RACE reality tv show. This is insane. I am completely turned off from Anthem and will never apply to them again. After weeks of me not submitting my audition tape I got an email saying I am no longer under consideration.
