About Interview : ~ Tell me about your self ~ I explained him about my experience and presales journey ~ He told me don't beat around bush - come to specifics ~ I tried explaining him what I do in my role . He has no time to listen . ~ Then he brought PMO job aspect which every other candidate has shared . ~ I was prepared and answered him right , left , center . Later he acknowledged that he himself worked with PMO team and they do fantastic work . So this question was again filler . ~ He willingly reduced my experience from 2 yrs to 1 yrs and 1 yr 11 months to 1 yr . When I tried explaining him what I did he was extremely impatient . ~ Asked about my KPI - I answered ~ Explained about Key initiative , I am working on ~He asked me about my individual contribution and I explained him . ~ Asked me again filler question my current ctc and expectation
In your past organization, you guys were only doing a PMO role rather than bid management. He was downgrading the company where I worked and my role.
