Past Experience and duties in past roles that transfer to position, strenghts, weaknesses, areas you excel, areas that could use improvement. A lot of the questions were pretty standard interview questions but the experience was very easy in the sense that they were all great and welcoming people with good insights and great conversations, so it felt like having excellent chats with several people rather than a grilling interview process.
