Basic questions, that are scripted and the manager reads them off a paper, (there is no science behind it, the manager are just ignorant and have no clue what they doing). 1.Tell me about yourself? 2. what are your future goals? (future goals? whats the future to you? two years, 5 years, 10 years? atleast be specific when you ask a question) 3. tell me about your weakness? 4. a time you worked in a team? (Seriously!!!, Yes I have worked in a team Dah!!!, what do you want to know about me working in a team? what do you want to know about my team work? and if I ask you, don't tell me "anything?" anything what, you want me to tell you anything? 5. a time you failed and what you learned from it? 6. A time you felt overwhelmed? 7. why TekSystems? ( for the amazing website you have and the amazing core values you have, which you don't practice at all) 8. why you left your old job? 9. what will your ex boss say that you need to improve on. ( again the intervening manager trying to bring you down, make you look stupid) 10. what do you think your ex boss did wrong?( seriously women! you want me to talk bad abt my ex bosses, listen they all were great, I still love them and respect them and that is why I worked for them. Ask me something like, what do you think your ex boss could have done differently that could help the company and your performance? ) 11. tell us how stupid you are so we can hire you because, us manager are stupid and we can't hire anyone who knows even a little about business. (HR you didn't ask that question, thats just sarcasm, in case you didn't get it)
