They ask every question on the application, which is a bunch of personality trait stuff. Read the application online (which is way too darn long) and that's the same type of crap they ask you. Also you don't need any previous retail experience, b/c their system is so unnecessarily complicated and bassackwards your prior employment in retail may not help. Bigger stores have simpler rules than this particular Half Price.

They asked about my personal reading preferences and put me through some hypothetical scenarios, like what would you do if someone asked you where to find a book about frogs?
