Describe a time when there was a problem at work. How did you resolve the problem and what was the outcome?

Tell me about a time you had difficulty communicating with someone. How did you solve it?
I did not find that any thing was difficult or unexpected. All basic questions of goals, past history, why left previous employment, where do you want to be in 5 years etc... I am not sure if they have a set of standard questions they ask or if each broker has their own way of interviewing.
A personality test given by the FA, which I don't think was a corporate wide practice. It wasn't difficult, but it was unexpected.
