I had to ask the questions as the interviewer seemed rush and preoccupied. The position advertised for was very misleading to what the actual role was.

Initial phone interview and then recived an assessment. It consisted of 3-parts 1. Analyzing two Instagram accounts of SelfMade’s client. Provide an analysis of each page's strengths and weaknesses, and any suggestions you have for their account to better target their audience. Part 2: Pretend that you’re working with one of SelMade’s client, by finding 9 images that would work well for their instagram account and arrange them in a grid like they’d appear on their Instagram feed. Provide a brief explanation on why you selected these images. Part 3: Provide a response to the following customer email: "Hello -- I joined selfmade thinking that it would make my life simpler when it came to building my brand on instagram. At first everything was fine but now I'm not satisfied with the photos and it seems that you're not understanding the voice of my brand. It's now taking me more time than I am saving to make it worth it. I would like to cancel my account with SelfMade going forward. Please let me know the next steps."
