Please describe your experience managing people in a direct supervisory role. Include the number of years you've been in a managerial role, the size of the teams you've managed, your approach to overseeing employee performance, and what you feel sets you apart as a leader.
What is your salary range?

Why are you interested in Jet? What are you looking for in your next role? Share examples from your past experience that are relevant for this role? What did you learn about yourself from your past experiences? What is your creative sensibility? (in other words, what are some examples of brands/ads that you think are strong)
