The interview discussions centered around my current roles and responsibilities, scenario based questions(what do you think changed for the dev team when you transitioned from waterfall to agile, when does backlog refinement happen, etc) and in understanding how current processes/deliveries were structured. This was followed up with either a mathematical problem or case study(in another). Given a scenario how would a BSA go about understanding a requirement and then break it down further in manageable chunks.
