Then I recieved a curt email back saying they would call on a date and time outside of their list and my suggested preference. I ignored the warning signs and agreed to interview. Interview was cut short when after 4 phone calls it was bad
What is the current indirect rate and how is it determined?
I always struggle with that question "Tell us about yourself", so that was the hardest one. However, I was a little taken back when I was asked "The previous interviewer was male, why should we hire you instead of him".
